Mr Adangor was redeployed to the Ministry of Special Duties, while Mr Kamalu was transferred to the Ministry of Employment Generation and Economic Empowerment.
“We spend N400 million monthly on diesel, N387 million on chemicals, while electricity bills take N280 million,” said Kano’s water resources commissioner.

Former governor of Imo State, Emeka Ihedioha, resigned his membership in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Tuesday.
“We must ensure that all the other 15 aspirants must come together to ensure we win the November 16 election,” said the Ondo governor.
“I am of the view and I do hold that the suit lacks merit.’’
Mr Mohammed called others aspirants with complaints to forward them to the committee.
